      All content, including videos, exercises, and platform materials, is the intellectual property of Catalyzed LLC. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution is prohibited.
    3. 1.3
      These Terms & Conditions apply to all active subscriptions and users of Striker Edge, and are subject to updates without prior notice.

  2. 2. Subscription Access

      Access to Striker Edge is granted via an active, paid monthly or annual subscription plan.
    2. 2.2
      Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
    3. 2.3
      Each subscription is individual and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or content with others is strictly prohibited.
    4. 2.4
      All subscribers maintain access to new weekly content and exclusive training challenges during their active billing period.

  3. 3. Payment & Pricing

      Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
    2. 3.2
      Pricing is clearly displayed at checkout and may vary by currency or region.

      Catalyzed LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice via email or platform notification.

  4. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

      Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the user dashboard or by contacting support.
    2. 4.2
      Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
    3. 4.3
      We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. To qualify, users must complete at least one module and request a refund within 30 days of their initial purchase.

      Refunds are not applicable to recurring subscription renewals or promotional/discounted offers.
    5. 4.5
      Qualified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

      Exercises presented in Striker Edge are performed at the user’s own risk. Always use proper warm-up, safety gear, and supervision if underage.

      We recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning any physical training program. Catalyzed LLC is not liable for any injuries sustained during or after course participation.
