Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Catalyzed LLC (“Catalyzed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the Striker Edge brand and the website at strikeredge.com (the “Site”), handles information from visitors.

We are currently in a pre-launch phase. The Site is informational and directs interested visitors to follow us on Instagram. We are not offering paid services or processing payments at this time. When paid services launch, this Policy will be updated and the changes will be reflected in the Effective date above.

2. Information we collect

We collect a limited amount of information during the pre-launch phase:

  • Usage data. When you visit the Site we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, the pages you view, referring URLs, and timestamps. This is collected via standard web analytics (see Section 4).
  • Information you provide. If you email us (for example, at support@strikeredge.com), we receive whatever information you choose to send, including your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Outbound clicks. When you click our Instagram link you leave our Site. We may record the click event in our analytics; Instagram's own privacy practices apply once you arrive there.

We do not collect payment information, account credentials, biometric data, or video uploads during the pre-launch phase.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To measure aggregate traffic and understand which content resonates.
  • To respond to inquiries you send us.
  • To prepare for launch of our coaching services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The Site uses Google Tag Manager and a server-side tagging container to run analytics. These services may set first-party and third-party cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure usage in aggregate. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you in the pre-launch phase.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect access to the Site.

5. How we share information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Our hosting provider (Vercel), our analytics provider (Google), and similar infrastructure vendors process Site data on our behalf under their own terms.
  • Legal requirements. If required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
  • Business transfers. If Catalyzed LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of personal information about you, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@strikeredge.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California. You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 during the pre-launch phase. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact support@strikeredge.com and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of our analytics providers (typically 14 to 26 months). Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

9. International data transfers

Catalyzed LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Site you understand that your information may be processed in a country with data protection laws different from your own.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date above. Material changes — for example, when we begin offering paid services and start collecting payment information — will be highlighted on the Site.
