Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at strikeredge.com (the “Site”), operated by Catalyzed LLC under the Striker Edge brand. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase. It is informational and intended to introduce the Striker Edge concept and direct interested visitors to our Instagram account. We are not offering paid services, subscriptions, or any product for sale through the Site at this time. When paid services become available, additional terms covering those services will be published before any purchase is possible.

“Striker Edge” is a brand operated by Catalyzed LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes that comply with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site, except to the extent permitted by standard search-engine indexing;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Site;
• Use the Site to transmit malware, unsolicited communications, or unlawful content;
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or any associated infrastructure;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communication with us; or
• Use the Site in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of Catalyzed or any third party.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, videos, illustrations, logos, designs, and software — is owned by Catalyzed LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “Striker Edge” and associated logos are trademarks of Catalyzed LLC. No license to any of the foregoing is granted by these Terms except the limited, revocable right to access and view the Site for the permitted purposes described above.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Instagram. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

6. No professional advice

Content on the Site about training, coaching, conditioning, or athletic performance is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, athletic, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training program. Use of the Site does not create a coach-athlete, medical, or any other professional relationship between you and Catalyzed LLC.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyzed LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Catalyzed's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalyzed LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12) will survive.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date above. Continued use of the Site after the Effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes — for example, when we introduce paid services with their own subscription or refund terms — will be highlighted on the Site before they take effect.
